In short: we only collect the data you send us so we can reply, we never sell it and we don't track you on the site. The details are below.
01Who we are
InnoSoft is a software engineering team based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We are the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at any time at contact@innosoft.md.
02What we collect
We only collect data in these situations:
- When you fill in the contact form: your name, company, email address, the budget range you pick and your project description.
- When you email or call us directly: whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
- Automatically, when pages load: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, processed by the server hosting the site and by the font providers, solely to deliver the page.
03Why we use it, and on what basis
We use form and message data to reply, understand your project and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a possible contract. We use technical data to run and secure the site, based on our legitimate interest.
We process data under Moldova's Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and, for visitors in the European Union, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
04Who receives it
We never sell or rent your data. It only reaches the providers we need to operate:
- Telegram — messages sent through the form are delivered to an internal team chat via the Telegram Bot API.
- Our hosting provider — which processes the technical data of each visit.
- Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry) and Google Fonts — whose servers deliver the site's fonts and receive your browser's IP address.
05International transfers
Some of these providers process data on servers outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area. We only work with providers that offer appropriate data protection safeguards.
06How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as needed to reply and continue the conversation. If we don't end up working together, we delete them once they are no longer useful. If you become a client, we keep data for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires afterwards.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. For any of these, write to contact@innosoft.md — we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we have breached your rights, you can complain to Moldova's National Center for Personal Data Protection or to the supervisory authority in your EU country.
08Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and access to incoming messages is limited to the team members who need them.
09Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date above.
