Terms of use

The site presents InnoSoft's services and projects built by the team. It is informational and gives you an easy way to get in touch.

Please use the site lawfully. You may not:

• attempt unauthorised access to the site, our servers or our data;
• send illegal content, spam or malicious code through the form;
• scrape the site's content for commercial purposes.

The text, design, logo and the InnoSoft name belong to us and are protected. You may quote or share them with a link back to the site, but not reuse them commercially without our written consent.

Client names, trademarks and materials in the case studies belong to their owners. Some images on the site are illustrative photos and do not depict the products described.

Service descriptions, the budget ranges in the form and case-study results are informational. Any engagement starts only from a separately signed proposal and contract, which take precedence over anything on the site.

We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site's information or from temporary unavailability.

The site links to other websites (such as TikTok, Facebook or Instagram). We don't control their content or policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the courts of Chișinău have jurisdiction.
